CARY SCHNEIDER, ESQ.

California State Bar #288949

I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology and Business from the University of Oregon, and my law degree from San Francisco Law School. I am licensed to practice law in California and I practice a variety of general law.

Born and raised in the Bay Area, I have a great connection with the community and have worked most of my life in various industries. Prior to starting my own law practice, I worked for a couple of solo practitioners in the Civil and Criminal law fields, where I gained valuable experience in all aspects of litigation and settlement.

During law school I worked as a Certified Law Student, practicing under the supervision of a practicing attorney. I also held the position of Student Body Association President and co-founded an emergency preparedness company for families and businesses.

I believe it is important to give back to the community and have been actively involved in many community organizations including the Marin County Special Olympics as a baseball coach since 1999, coaching the Tam High School Mock Trial team in Mill Valley, CA, the Bar Association of San Francisco's Volunteer Legal Services Program, the San Francisco Superior Court Self Represented Litigant Settlement program since 2019, as well as the San Francisco Superior Court Settlement Conference Officer program since 2021.
